Devz Dataservices offer Data Mining and Management Services to various renowned organizations. Currently we have a setup of 7 seats dedicated to the process of Data Entry & Data processing.

Data Sourcing

• We will source the data using deferent search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, bing and other reliable resources.
• We will also use local search engines and news papers, magazines, visiting card collection to source the data.

Data Entry

• We shall follow the norms suggested by Getit to enter the data fields in prescribed forms and formats. We also request Getit to provide some sample templates/reports in order to enable us to provide quality work.
• Will also our level best to avoid redundancy in data categories in getit`s Information System.

Data Validation process

• Will call the customers and verify whether the existed data is right or not.
• Our employees can speak English, Hindi, Punjabi and if required we can recruit people trained to read/write/speak other languages as well.
• We will update the modified data from the customers and also we will try to get as much as information like additional email id, phone numbers, etc.
• All the Data will be saved in to INFORMATION SYSTEM and excel for reference in our data base.
• We will note sufficient time from the customers to Call Back and follow-up.

Deliverable Capacity

Our staff would be working 9x6 in a week to provide seamless results to our data processing work. They will be provided trainings perioidically to sharpen their skills so that they adapt to the business environment well, which will inturn strengthen Getit`s and Devzjob`s business relations in shorter and longer timeframe.

Since the data processing will involve lot of typing works, so we have got staff who has typing speeds upto 30-40 wpm and are skilled in handling large lot of datasheets.
